"Terrible. Had my ex sister inlaw listed as my wife for years after telling them to change it a million times. Had a house that was supposed to have the best coverage available, filed a claim then was told I have a 15% deductible on a 30k roof repair... was then told that I couldn't be changed after trying to file the claim. That literally destroyed my marriage but the funny thing is she still uses them after the divorce knowing they screwed it up since she was there for the policy setup. Throwing money into a burn barrel for heat is more productive that using Richard Martin's State Farm."

"I have to agree with Mr Valentine!!! If I have to hear " with all due respect" or "young lady" one more time I will scream!!!!!!!!! She says these 2 phrases every other word... so annoying. She told me she "couldn't " give me copies my last 2 bills that were mailed, (misplaced while moving)... I had to call the 800 number and have them emailed to me. She acts as though she doesn't have a lot of acknowledgment when it comes to insurance... On a good note my car insurance is at Joe Gaddis in Trenton and I've never had one problem!"
